  • If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
    • Of course, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 15 days upon receiving your product to make a return claim to send the item back and receive a refund. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. To return, the items must be in their original condition. We do not refund shipping cost of any returned. 

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    • Most deliveries are 3-7 days with some going into the 14 day range.

  • Where are your products from?
    • We are located and operate in the US. We have a family of manufacturers around the world to offer styles and designs from different cultures you can’t find in any one place together.

  • Do you offer a warranty?
    • We do not offer a warranty but some of our items are covered with a 90 day protection period. These will be explicitly stated in the product description.
